Overall Objectives of Programme
- To provide participants with basic knowledge in spiking and blocking using AirCAT Volleyball Machine
- To educate in the importance of the fundamental skills & technique needed for participants play basic volleyball in the area of attack
- To make use of the skills learnt into activities such as friendly games as to create team work within the participants.
Target Audience: Lower Primary, Upper Primary, Lower Secondary, Upper Secondary, JC/Centralised Institute
